In Raven, a feminine sculptural presence emerges through thousands of fragments of black glass, and shimmering pyrite minerals. Inspired by the raven’s intelligence, adaptability, and rich cultural associations, the work explores mystery, transformation, and the unseen stories held within a being.

This tabletop sculpture, including the shell-like cement-based substrate and solid cement base, is completely handmade. The sculpture features pyrite minerals, black Swarovski beads, hand cut black glass rods, and thousands of pieces of hand cut black stained glass.
