The sculpture is completely handmade using layers of cement-based materials and is shell-like in form. With a base coating of brown metallic paint, the main design features a real shedded snakeskin (heavily sealed) from a Coachwhip snake, surrounded by hand cut, tumbled travertine natural stone. The eyes are glass stringer fragments.
